These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Site SEO AI Audit at siteseoaiaudit.com and app.siteseoaiaudit.com and its related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Provider
The Service is provided by Internet Solutions, UAB, company code 302617697, VAT code LT100006088413, registered address Tvenkinių g. 8A, Šakių k., Kauno r. sav., LT-47415, Lithuania; correspondence address Vilniaus g. 72-310, LT-76298 Šiauliai, Lithuania; e-mail [email protected] (“we”, “us”).
2. What the Service does
Site SEO AI Audit runs a deep SEO crawl of a website. You enter a website address, and our software (the robot SEOAuditBot) crawls the public pages of that website, follows its sitemap, checks robots.txt (including the rules for AI crawlers), llms.txt, titles, headings, links (including the status of links to other websites), structured data and speed (measured by a third-party measurement service), scores the website across 7 SEO areas and ranks every finding by impact with instructions for fixing it. Depending on the plan, paid plans add full details and the full page list, re-checks, scheduled audits with e-mail alerts, report history and PDF reports and, on the Agency plan, reports with your own logo and an embeddable audit form.
We continuously improve the Service and may change, add or remove features. We will not remove a core feature of a paid plan during a period you have already paid for without offering a fair solution, such as a pro-rata refund of that period.
3. Your account
You can run a free check without an account. To have an account you must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you may act for it.
Give correct information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
Every website gets one free check. Creating several accounts, or using other ways to get additional free checks or to get around plan limits, is not allowed.
4. Free plan, paid plans and limits
Free: one audit per website, with no payment card. It crawls up to 100 pages, shows the score, the area scores and every issue, and gives full details and fix instructions for the three most important issues. A second audit of the same website needs a paid plan. Paid plans (Starter, Pro and Agency) differ in the number of websites, the number of pages per audit, how often audits are repeated and in extra features such as alerts, PDF reports and reports with your own logo. The plans, limits and prices shown on the Pricing page apply at the time of your order.
To protect the Service we also apply reasonable rate limits, for example a limited number of checks per hour from one IP address. Limits can change.
5. Prices, payments and renewals
- Prices are in euros and do not include VAT. VAT (currently 21%) is added at checkout and shown on the invoice.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Subscriptions paid through PayPal renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- You can cancel automatic renewal at any time on the billing page of your account or in your PayPal account. After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.
- Payments by bank transfer, Western Union or MoneyGram are one-time payments: we issue a proforma invoice, activate the plan when the payment reaches us (usually within 1–3 working days) and issue the invoice. They do not renew automatically.
- Payments are processed by PayPal or by the bank or money-transfer service you choose. We do not receive or store payment card numbers.
- If a payment fails or is reversed, or a paid period ends without renewal, the account moves to the free plan after a short grace period (currently 2 days). Unpaid amounts remain due.
- We may change prices for future periods. We will inform you by e-mail at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription; you can cancel before it takes effect.
6. Refunds and right of withdrawal
Refund requests are handled case by case — write to [email protected] from your registered e-mail address.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a right to withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days. When you place the order, you ask us to start providing the Service immediately. If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the payment minus the value of the Service already provided (for example checks, monitoring or feed updates already delivered). This paragraph does not limit any other mandatory rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- overload, attack or probe the security of any website, or check websites for an unlawful purpose;
- get around plan limits, rate limits or technical restrictions, resell or share access to the Service (except as your plan allows), or interfere with the security of the Service or of other users;
- send large numbers of automated requests to the Service without our written consent.
Use the Service to check websites for a legitimate purpose: your own websites, your clients’ websites or websites you are otherwise entitled to review. Our robot SEOAuditBot reads pages politely — about three requests per second at most — and follows the Disallow rules in robots.txt that apply to it or to all robots. If you do not want SEOAuditBot to visit your website, block it in robots.txt or write to us.
If you break these rules we may block requests, stop a check or a feed, or suspend or close the account. Where possible we will first contact you and give you a chance to fix the problem. If an account is closed for serious abuse, fees already paid are not refunded.
8. Accuracy of reports
Automated checks can be wrong or incomplete. A report shows the state of a website at the time of the check, as seen from our servers. It can differ from what visitors, search engines or other tools see, for example because of caching, bot blocking, geographic rules or temporary errors, and speed measurements vary from run to run. A score is not a certification.
Findings and fix instructions are general guidance, not legal, security, financial or other professional advice. You decide what to change on your website and you are responsible for the changes; make a backup before you change anything.
No guaranteed results. We do not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic, indexing, citations by AI assistants, security or sales. Search engines and other platforms change their rules independently of us.
9. Content and ownership
Between you and us, the reports produced for you belong to you, and you may use and share them freely. They are based on public information about the websites that were checked.
You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and display the information you submit (such as website addresses, settings and logos) only as needed to provide the Service.
The Service itself — software, design, templates and brand — belongs to Internet Solutions, UAB and its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use it for as long as you use the Service.
10. Agency plan
On the Agency plan you can put your own company name, logo, colour and contact details on reports and PDFs and embed an audit form on your website. You confirm that you have the rights to the logo and brand you upload.
You are responsible for your use of the embedded form: you must tell visitors how you use their data (including a link to your own privacy notice), have a lawful basis for contacting them and follow the marketing and consent rules that apply to you. For the details visitors submit, you are the controller and we are your processor, as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Availability and third parties
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service depends on third parties: the websites you check, the measurement service we use for speed tests, payment processors and others. They may be slow, block our robot or stop working at any time. We are not responsible for failures caused by them, but we will work to restore the Service where we reasonably can.
12. Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data, lost rankings or damage to reputation, or for changes you make to your website because of a report;
- our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
If you use the Service for business, you agree to compensate us for reasonable costs and losses arising from third-party claims caused by your breach of these Terms or by content you submit or republish.
13. Ending the contract and deleting the account
You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. To delete your account, write to [email protected] from your registered e-mail address. It is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Save copies of any reports you want to keep before the account is deleted.
We may end the contract with 30 days’ notice by e-mail, or immediately for serious breaches of these Terms. If we end it without your fault, we refund the unused part of the prepaid period.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and inform registered users by e-mail at least 30 days before important changes take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the changes apply; continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept them.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in the courts where you live.
Please contact us first — most issues are solved quickly by e-mail. Consumers may also apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, vvtat.lt) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
16. Other terms
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our consent. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If a translation differs from this English version, the English version prevails, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
